The Commerce Park has caught the eye of a number of businesses, from small to large. For example the park is home to Fortune 500 companies such as Federal Express UPS soon to be constructed Publix supermarket distribution center, as well as, SuperTrak (manufactures parts for Caterpillar and Kelly Tractor), Pulsafeeder (a pump meter manufacturing company with 140 employees), Arcadia Aerospace specializing in non-destructive testing of composite materials used in the aerospace industry, Eastern Avionics (business includes international sales) and the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office administrative complex.
